WHAT OUR AUDIENCES SAY

''There’s something really special about being so close to three real, live, brilliant musicians - my son was absolutely entranced. As a parent it felt quite radical in a screen-obsessed world.”

“My 9-year-old, 4-year-old and toddler were all thoroughly engaged in very different ways and so was I. Magical and clever!”

Happy Father of Three

“We didn't realise it was a children's show and nearly left. So glad we didn't - what playing and singing! As good as any London recital.”

“The musicians took our little girls on a magical journey through the story of the Nutcracker, interwoven with some of Tchaikovsky's most iconic compositions from the work. It was 45 minutes of make-believe and imagination, and we loved the expressive, engaging style in which they told the story whilst at the same time showing off their technical prowess on their instruments. A highly recommended show.”

“Klio, Mairéad and Grace brought the story of The Nutcracker alive with their enchanting music and vibrant narration.  They used their instruments in different ways to make the sounds of the characters and interspersed storytelling with interactive moments which kept audience members (little or big) deeply enthralled. What a wonderful way to start off the festive season!” WAC Arts.

“Thanks to the Classical Music Rocks Charity and three versatile and highly talented professional musicians, 700 children from six local schools enjoyed an entertaining and engaging version of the Alice in Wonderland story at Lynn’s historic St George’s Guildhall recently.

The performances, spread over one day, were received enthusiastically by children ranging from 6-11 years and the schools invited came from Dersingham, Eastgate, Ingoldisthorpe, Fairstead, Greyfriars and Holly Meadows.

The three musicians, Klio Blonz (flute), Grace Mo (piano), and singer and cellist Mairead Sheerin, created and presented this magical version of the Alice in Wonderland, where story, words, music and action come together, enthralling their young audience, and introducing them to popular classical music at the same time!” Andy Tyler, Kings Lynn News
